Help! C63 slow
Hello, I am new, my name is Carlos and I am from Mexico, I have a C63 2010 without modifications, only has filters k & n and rims nitto invo.
I tried it in the quarter mile and I was disappointed in the time, 14.2XX - 14.5XX constantly, I am at 1600 meters above sea level, the track is good, do not skid, I put it in "S" and deactivate both controls Of traction.
what I am doing wrong? Is there something I have to modd of the car?
Thank !

Look up "altitude conversion factors". At roughly 5250', you'd subtract a second to get to your sea-level ET. 13.20 still seems slow for a stock car, but it could be anything.

As BLKROKT said, you conversion factor is .9341 because you live a mile above sea level, so that is a second of your time. Would need to see your timing slip to see if it is your reaction/60' time or if it is something else.

Get drag radials or stickier rear tires and wheels as well. Aside from altitude wheel spin will be a lot of your problem, especially with LTHs and a tune.
