@ macedon the tips are the ones that came on the C63 mufflers. They went in tips and all. Mufflers guy was in and out in 45 min. That includes time for him to install two additional hangers that I wanted. It's the best MOD I've done so far for the money. I get chills every time I start her 😁

the C63 mufflers aren't that much louder than the E63 mufflers. I got the C63 mufflers because some guy did a muffler delete at the muffler shop i go to and got them for $300 installed.

I have a set of mint E63 mufflers with 45k miles on them i can sell you for cheap and im in orlando. LMK

@macedon yes the tips look the same as the stock e55 ones. I'll take a pic and upload to show. As long as you have a good muffler guy he can make them fit with little noticeable difference

I beg to differ on the E63 and C63 sound. The C's are not only louder but more raspy and throaty in my opinion

incorrect they are shorter in length but the oval shape is the same as the rest of the mufflers.

they may be a tiny bit more raspy (which i don't prefer) they are a little bit louder. the E63 mufflers have a more refined sound IMO. I was expecting a much bigger difference than what it really was and i have long tubes, x pipe and stock resonator. Now that ive done the switch if i would never pay the difference over again.

the E63 mufflers i would put third on the list of best sounding 63 mufflers behind C63 then either CL63 or CLS63 then E63. and you may say they are shorter but i see ZERO noticeable difference once they were installed on my 55. @infiniti if you wanna start your own thread about your e63 mufflers feel free this one is about my C63 mufflers on my car and what i think about them so thanks.

im glad you're happy with the mufflers, c63 mufflers are pretty much gold and hard to come across.

i dont know what koolaid your drinking infiniti but i just walked out and measured the chrome AMG tips and they are EXACTLY THE SAME SIZE as my old 55 muffs so check your facts the tape measure dont lie.

I told think infinity is talking about the length ,they do stick out little further out can also have to do with the place of the hangers too.I got mine to poke out further then The stock e55 and looks more aggressive to my eyes
