2003 E500 Sport Radio/Aux
So i recently upgraded to the 03 E500 with minimal choice in the matter and read that most should have an aux connector or at least factory connection to install the aux. Mine does not seem to have this from what I can tell. Is there any factory hard wired alternatives? Im getting tired of RF tuners and would rather not go through the trouble of wiring in a new deck. Also I'm on a limited budget. The sound is never 100% clean as it is, so the poor speakers aren't living to their glory.
Update (June/21/2017)
My uncle gave me a Nav/Bluetooth unit that is an aftermarket Mercedes headunit. It has the C Class connection and B Class adapter connected to the C Class connector. Unfortunately he did not give me a Canbus connecter and it's obviously not the same radio mounts. Picture of head unit posted in comments below.

Considerably more than that. You're looking at $300 plus on the low end and up to $500ish.
Have you tried pushing the chrome button below the hazard lights button? If your car has a CD changer it'd be behind that panel.

As you can see it's empty.
Also I'm sure it is well worth the money, but I'm just a 26 year old who devoted himself to helping his father to the point my father no longer pays me. So money unfortunately is not there. It's not a matter of if it is worth it. Simply can I afford it without destroying the car to do it in the limited time i have.

So I got good and bad news. The good news is my uncle gave me a free aftermarket Mercedes GPS head unit, the down side is that it has the regular cable connection and not the fiber optic. I don't even know what radio it is? Anyway I'm thinking I should sell it but I need to know what model it is to post it in the classifieds. It'll fund me to get the proper unit. The screen is cracked but image and touch function is not effected. It has GPS, usb, aux, bluetooth etc...

Yeah, I'd love to. The problem is the sticker with the model number is missing. Being it's an Android aftermarket unit (or so I have gathered from the design).
