Weistec water-methanol and blow-off valve kit

Are you using meth and water? What do you mean when you say ,'cut'? Also, when do you start spraying? I had same issue as you, possibly. Spray too early and misfire....but only when starting from zero mph. Street pulls never had an issue.

I don't think your upgraded turbos are producing expected power. The 2nd to 3rd Shift cut it's hard to know. Does the cut happen right before or right after the shift?
it could be a bunch of things. Software, clutches, spark plugs even. Hi intake temperature is probably unlikely, probably not pre-ignition. I'm in a similar both myself and not sure what to do.

i use boost juice .. i trying starting lower and highter and made the same think i also disconnect the meth and made the same thing and make 124mph

Both nozzles are in the intake manifold. The common portion before it splits up into the two Banks. Intercoolers are top mount so I imagine this post intercooler in any case both of them are in the same spot and it's pre iat sensor because the intake temperature drops when methanol injection starts

This is where I would ideally place the nozzles for meth. IAT will still pickup the temp drop, and nearly direct port to the left and right IM runners. the only downside is that is right under the ECU! might work with some spacers and 90 degree nozzles. I suppose you could go further back in the intake manifold near the brake booster port, but I have my BOV plumbed in there.

This is the photo of nozzle placement on my intake.
i use 100% meth. No water. The more I spray the faster I go. I only increased 2 steps, I would like to keep increasing the spray stepwise until my trap no longer goes up.

Wow, is that upside down? To you have a few more pictures?

He has GAD top mount Intercoolers, so this doesn't apply to most of us. He has the meth nozzles installed in the charge pipe coupler that GAD uses to replace the IC core. For people with the factory IC core in place this is not and option, and the ideal placement would be where I posted above.
Side note I'd love to see more of the the GAD IC setup, along with intake routing. I've only ever seen the GAD setup on a motor out of a car, and was always interested in how they ran the intake to the turbos. Any more pics you can share?

My engine bay. I have yet to take the car to merc dealership. It raises an unrelated question of how willing they would be to support us, for eg hesitation issues described on the thread. Would be nice to have a dealer mechanic helping to diagnose things like that. I get the feeling that they do not like anything aftermarket.

I've contacted GAD about purchasing and even just general information on that intercooler setup a couple times but received nothing back. Been searching endlessly for a few months on this setup. I come to this thread daily reading all this great info and bam, the most info I've been able to find about the intercoolers pops up.
I always wondered what they did with the stock charger cooler, I'd love to see this setup laid out in detail.

Care to elaborate more on that? I thought the high pressure pump was fuel related? Unless you're talking about the stock charge cooler?
More I know the better, hate to waste my time looking into those top mount intercoolers if they aren't worth the trouble.

The S model AMG already has intercooler curcuit system split from the engine cooling circuit, has a second smaller heat exchanger, and a high-flow intercooling coolant pump. If your intake temperatures are not going up significantly during Full Throttle acceleration then the factory cooling system is sufficient.
the factory intake is restrictive and you will apparently lose 3psi boost through oem intercooler. Another advantage of factory system is it pulls all of the air from outside, none of it from inside the engine bay.
as far as the intake routing on my set up I'm not sure how it was done. The main advantage of the system is less restriction more airflow. I believe the intercooling system on the S model AMG is already quite good.

I saw renntech has one. But it's overpriced. Usually it's taken from SLS or different companies to modify existing

Air filter leads to turbo, turbo to intercooler, to charge pipe which has the two methanol nozzles. From what I can see I think that's how it goes

I know we keep asking haha but if you get the free time, put up as many detailed pictures as you can of the setup. You're our only source!!
Appriciate it thus far.

whatever is used to replace the stock intercooler (the part with the meth nozzels in it) is what holds up a custom top mount build for me. The rest just seems like routing of coolant lines and air filter.

It is super tight in there I think you can see the filter leading down to the turbo from the turbo going to the top mount intercooler. I'm not even sure about the set of myself you guys could probably make more sense of it than me

I did similar to GAD setup long time ago by myself, IATs were way down not exceeding 25C on full WOT @ 300kmh.
and similar to stock when WOT without WMI.
it did not cost 25% of the price they were asking.
of course their kit looks nice.
