I bought these off a seller on eBay. These were the last pair they had but I'm sure there's other sources (like alibaba.com or aliexpress.com). They are made in Taiwan (i think) and seem to be of high quality. They are called Eagle Eyes. Here's a link to a video on how they function. Looks like there's a contact at the end of the video.
Thankfully there are absolutely no errors and all the lights function as expected (driving, brake, reverse, turn signal, hazards). They were pretty much plug and play, however, I did have to shave a sliver off the connector from the car for the main outer lights which didn't concern me too much since they still lock in. It's the thin piece at the top right corner in the photo below. Used a razor to square that off and it fit perfectly. It won't plug in otherwise.

I'd go to Aliexpress.com and do a search for W212 tail lights. You'll find prices vary from different sellers. And some of the housings are more red and some may have a hue of tinted black like the ones I have. Be sure to correspond with the seller that they'll accept returns if they don't work. eBay support covers this, whereas, it's purchase at your own risk at aliexpress. I don't think they'll be a problem either way but I always like to have peace of mind when purchasing from China.
I can provide the ebay seller if anyone prefers to go that route.
I think these lights are a nice upgrade. IMO looks more classy and sexy as hell at night.

Those are nice! I have been communicating with several of those Chinese vendors and they reassured me that they are really nice and oem like. One question, Does the rear fogs work? Please provide me with the eBay seller!
Thanks
Thanks

That's a good question. How do I get the rear fogs to turn on? There's a portion on the inner lights that look like they're leds but I couldn't figure out how to get them to come on.
The eBay seller is ipoboo2012. Paid a bit more on ebay before discovering they're available on aliexpress.com.

Thanks buddy. I think so too. It's not difficult at all.
Just gotta pull back the carpet... there's 3 - 5/16 nuts holding the original outer housing in place. Remove those, unplug the harness connector and they slide right out. Do the reverse to install the new ones. Takes less than 10 mins.
For the inner lamp, pull back the carpet. I also popped out the closest retaining clip to give me a little more room. Might have to cut a cable tie holding the wiring harness if they're too tight but perhaps not. I did this because I wanted to plug it in to test before I installed them. There's one 5/16 nut connected with a bracket holding the housing in place. Unplug the connector and slide out the old and slide in the new.. that's the tricky part. At first they didn't seem to fit but you have to kind of angle them in. There a bracket on the housing that catches the outer side in place. The inner side, closet to the license plate, will protrude out a bit until you put back on the bracket and tighten the nut pulls it into place.
Just make sure the outer and inner housing align around the edges so that it's a clean job. Also, make sure all the pins on the new connector are straight and even in length before trying to plug it into the car's female connector so you don't bent anything.
Total time should take no longer than 40 mins. First side will likely take a little longer until you figure it out. Other side should be a breeze.
Good luck and I'm here to help if you run into a snag.

Just read the manual for Fog lights pg 96, headlamps pg 99. I have the button next to my light switch with "D$" symbol. From what I gather from the manual, this indicates Front fog lamp: Rear fog lamp. However, I have a P2 with hocket sticks. When I press that button, there's a yellow icon that appears on the dash but it turns the hockey sticks off. If I press it again, icon disappears and the hockey sticks turn back on and stays on during the day and night. Doesn't appear to do anything to the rear lights. I'll try again when I have another body and at night.
If anyone has access to 14/15 model with this button, can you please let me know if this actually illuminates anything on the rear tail lights. I'm sure there's a purpose for the lights between the running lights on the inner tail lamps other than aesthetics although it does look nice.

I have a 2012 with P2 and when the fog light button you described is pressed, the DRLs will turn off and the rear inner driver side LEDs will lit up bright as if the brakes are on. The outer units DO NOT light up, just the driver side inner LEDs.

Thanks for chiming in. Do you know if the two inner strips of lights between the running lights above the reverse light on the inner housing light up at all? I was thinking that may have been the rear fog lamp. From what I've read, rear fog lamp only lights up one one side. Maybe there dummy lights designed to just look good.

Rear Fog light confirmed
In case any of you were wondering, I was able to confirm that these lights indeed have the rear fog on the driver's side. It's not where the other guy stated but it's there and functional. Can someone with a post-facelift let us know if this is the same on your cars.
Sorry for the glare in the pics but you get the idea. Any tips to reduce this would be appreciated.
Also, the seller (referenced above) I got these from on eBay has these lights back in stock. Let him know you're from mbworld if you order from him. They may expedite shipping.
