Air Suspension Filter replacement

Anyone replaced Airmatic Filter? I have one ready to go in but am struggling to find exact replacement direction. One DYI guide I found said to unplug the battery....I really don't want to do that....

Is it easier to access the panel by removing the bottom cover or passenger wheel well cover?

TIA

You don't have to unplug the battery

it's just a generic paper fuel filter, used to filter air , any direction will work

Isn't there pressure on the system even while it's off? I don't want to simply pull off the filter and break anything.

No pressure involved. Filter is on the intake side of the pump. As Tusabes said, do not disconnect battery, disregard that instruction. I have worked on my pump several times R&I and did not disconnect battery. Once you pull the panel down you will see what we are talking about.

Good luck,

Bob
