Just a guess but when it’s beeping try the volume up button on the centre console or steering wheel.

Works for other stuff but not for the parktronic. I'm afraid the volume and sensitivity settings appeared later. Wife's 2017 E-class had the settings but I don't think my 2014 W222 has any.

Just checked it on Xentry simulator for a W222. The diagnostics tool indeed allows one to adjust the warning tone frequency, the warning tone volume separately for the front and rear and also has an option for continuous warning tone front and rear. I assume the latter means a variable alert frequency like on systems that have no display. Warning tone intensity would be difficult to interpret.

Thank you for all the replies.
The Mercedes dealer will be the solution then.
I don't have Xentry.

Tried that, but it will only change the volume of the selected source, not the parktronic.

Thanks for checking : ) Is that setting also there for the 2015 model year that OP has?

A thought popped up.... since you are visiting the dealership, you could check what COMAND version you have, if it is one of the oldest versions I think a newer version of COMAND actually has these settings available so just a software update might be the solution hopefully.
Another thing is, you don't have to go to the dealership unless you want to, you could also find a shop that has Xentry.

I checked it for a 2014 although with xentry simulation it is difficult to pick up the correct control unit version. Should be easy to check from the MY2015 (pdf) manual but I didn't.

Any time the solution is a Mercedes dealer, that is worse than death! Lol

Curious what Xentry is?? Program or device? This posting has me curious as my 2015 550 4Matic doesn't make any sound, which I've always thought was weird. I've gone through owners manual a few times and I don't recall seeing anything.
Thx for any help.

Xentry is the diagnostic system used by Mercedes-Benz. It is used in all dealerships and licensed to some shops.

Which others? Every Mercedes I've had has Parktronic on by default and at the press of the button off and the indicator on (off indicator). Odd if you pressed the button every time and then wondered why no warning sound.

Anyway, good if the problem was solved.

I have Xentry. Could you help me to navigate in Xentry to the setting of those parameters.

Open your car model, open Parktronic, choose Adaptation and you will see the settings

I think I'm the same way as anyone in Europe can do. Legit if you want to make a business from MBxx ( MBES, MBIT, MBUSA, etc) for a very few hundreds and hourly tokens ( Xentry Pasthru with any J2534 interface which is great for a beginner) or , for under 100 from AliExpress if you want to use it on your backyard. No need spybots SSD's or absurd clone of the clone interfaces.

Hey Carlos I thought you knew about BenzNinja
Get in touch with Peter and he will hook you up with the latest Xentry along with all the associated apps that go along with it. You will have the best copilot to help you navigate the diagnostic system.
Best investment you can make in your AMG.
