2018 AMG E63s wagon Mystery components

Recently acquired 2018 E63s wagon w/ 32k miles. Seller (pvt dealer) could not tell me what the SS air tanks etc is beneath the cargo deck. (See photo). I presume its air pressure for dynamic seats, massage, lumber etc. But how know? No mention in owner's manual. On-line search yields little. Help appreciated

Recently acquired 2018 AMG E63s w/ 32K. Who can tell me exactly what each item is in this bay? Is the tank air pressure for dynamic seats etc? Or something else. Molded foam includes a depression that looks like it should contain a lug wrench. But car has run flat tires. (Also, moldings near tank look like there should be a cover.) Seller (pvt dealer) could not identify components. Google search indicates others have same problem. Manual, even the AMG supplement, does not identify.

E63 suspension is an air suspension.

All: Thanks for replies. New question, now getting screen prompt: "(battery image) start engine, check owners manual".

Your battery charge is low. Put it on a trickle charger or go for a drive.

the car has a fair amount of parasitic electricity draw. I end up changing my main battery every 2 years. I only have 50K for a 2018 so maybe I don't drive it enough.

Fuel door hinge snapped off. Crummy plastic hinge! I have found replacement parts on internet but I want to make sure process of removal is right for 2018 e63s wagon. Some references I found apply to G series. Are there special tools requires to depress plastic tabs? (Especially in removing cover from remains of filler door)

I had a car kill its battery during the storm about two weeks ago. Wind buffeting for three days done killed the battery once and for all (it was a five year old battery). Even our GLS will run the battery low if it is out in the wind for a couple of days.

@DML756 Hi! You've already received replies about the tank. A little more information. The system needs a high pressure reservoir because, as I understand it, the car is making adjustments not just when you put weight in the car, but as you corner. So it's able to adjust the pressure in each corner to keep the car flat while not making the ride too rough during straight-line driving.

With respect to the battery, buy a CTEK MXS 5.0. You can easily pay less, but CTEK makes a really good (and smart charger). Every vehicle we own has a CTEK, since for some reason we have the need to have way more vehicles than people. Your wagon has an AGM battery, so when you plug it in, hit the mode button until you see the AGM light come on. If the car sat at the dealer, the charge could run low. Give the charger a day or two to get through the entire charging cycle.

If you let me know your VIN, I can add it to a directory I'm trying to make (in process). You can PM me as well... I keep track of VIN, mileage, selling price, location, dealer and sales URL.

I also bought a 2018 E63s wagon this year, so I've been going through a learning curve. I upgraded my storage itty bits just because. I see you have the towing eye, the compressor and the bottle of TireFit (aka, slime), which I think is standard issue for the U.S. You should also have a plastic, foldable crate that sits over the compressore/TireFit/compressor tank area.

Congratulations!

Oh man I laughed reading that "since for some reason we have the need to have way more vehicles than people." we're the same way! Each one has a purpose for different occasions.
