What is the point of an ordering guide if all of the cars are already pre-set by MBUSA?
It's been like impossible to know what MBUSA is doing with its customers.

i put a deposit down for a build spot on a 2025 gt55 but dealer didn't have a good sense of when production for the 55 would start. if first 2025 are rolling in july that would be fantastic

I was able to get a July 7 build date for my 2025 GT55. However the dealer says MB won't release them to the US until the current inventory of 2024s is mostly sold, so they think I won't get it until November/December. Guess it depends how brisk the sales are.

oh interesting. funny dealer texted me last night said my production date was early september, he expects it to be here october-ish.

I wouldn't say my dealer was super plugged into the timeline, so let's hope October or sooner is the right date.

I'm just waiting on a allocation for a second time! Got an allocation for 2025 GT63 Coupe. Dealer submitted build but was rejected about a week later because there is long and on going parts constraint for the Aero Package option> I had to go back in the que for another allocation at my dealership to try again. Been waiting over a month now. I've heard others have been waiting much longer and not being able to get the Aero Package. MB is extremely vague about the availability of the Aero Package option. Hell even the 2025 catalog states there is limited availability for the Aero Package and further down in the catalog it says its "Currently a delayed feature". So sick of this wait!!!

Different story, Similar outcome: was happy to get mid august build for 2025 GT63 and placed my order.
Turns out few options changed by MB AND, unfortunately, build with wrong options got frozen. Changes not allowed….
In the same boat now: refused to pay for something I did not want and trying to get a new build allocation …

So sorry dude that this happening to you. This is worse than COVID times! I'm already on the fence about the price point vs performance from this car. I'm coming out of an M8 which has lost its soul but is a sleeper. But the GT63 just ticks all the right blocks when it comes to the overall driving experience...like the exhaust note, steering feel, and overall driving dynamics...something the M8 does not have. I just cant see this car without the Aero Package and the availability constraints for this option has been going on way to long!! MB are you listening??? There is ZERO communication form the MB mothership to the dealers about status.

Yes, be careful with these ordering guides, as we ordered a new '25 CLE53AMG Coupe and the order guide was missing a few options that are available (same was the case for the 24 DOG) i.e. Driver Assistance Pkg and Energizing Air Control

The dealer says that my build date is September 19th, when can I expect it to hit the ground at the dealer in Northern Virginia? When I placed the order, the dealer did not mention the back seats. Are they an option or standard? Can I expect them on my car?

It is a no cost option that must be specified in the build. I have not seen any pre-spec'd cars with the back seats. Not getting them reduces trunk space because you can lay them down for additional room. I also have the September build date. I believe it is the first for the 25 model year. My dealer said that the delivery will be dictated by when Mercedes decides to release the 25's

Dealer should provide detailed build spec that will show back seats and other options.
My 2025 model build starting in August….
