How did you figure these bulbs are bad ???

Have you tried with HEADLIGHTS HIGH BEAMS ON ?
Do not stare at light bulb directly to prevent retina eyes damage.

High beam circuit...

All right, your chassis has a 2x non-working high beam incandescent bulbs.

The bulb power is controlled by F-SAM acting upon messaging from SCM stalk sensors.

Usually headlights are fused individually L /R... so missing both highbeams is unlikely a fuse issue!

-- The best way to diagnose solderless SCM module is to test using a compatible scanner to exercise it live.

-- You will easily read activation status under 5mn without any disassembly.

-- You will be able to toggle lights on/off

Let us know test results.
