Today i was just checking down side of the car (W212 E 250 CGI,2010 year). I found few drops down which I cant identify properly but I am sure it is not water. When I checked body parts from down I found down body of passenger side is like wet as in this Photo. This just down to coolant tank, i am using water as coolant because I have changed some parts recently and mechanic advised to run with water as coolant for few kilometres. Please go through the photo also and it will be helpful if someone can diagnose it.

Is your coolant tank overflowing water???
You may want to check other fluid levels for good measure.
BTW: straight water is going to mess up your water pump seal and coat everything with lime.... drain the water, replace with specific MB coolant ASAP.
Do NOT use common water on these cars. It is distilled water with the PROPER coolant, not ANY coolant.
May I ask what experiment is your mechanic running on your vehicle? I am sure forum members would love to learn from your mechanic.
Now the leak. The only fluid running behind the dash are AC refrigerant, and coolant through the heater. Fluid on the passenger well usually come from:
1 - clogged sun/pano roof drains
2 - leaking windshield seal
3 - disturbed and clogged AC drain
4 - worn/torn door seals and driven over water, or heavy rain
5- leaking heat exchanger?

yeah brother, I don't know what is his motive, anyway I am planning to remove water and fill MB coolant soon.
today i checked engine side also, there is some fluid in the engine covered area down.i think a chance of steering fluid leak, there is sound variation while fully turning steering
Here is that engine GUARANTEED to break and leak parts/region for coolant and engine oil.
The same thing happened to my friend C200 W204 which uses the same engine.
