I currently running what is shown below. I have no idea what I was running before. I know the dealership recently did an update when I had the car in for blacked out screens but the service paperwork doesn't state anything other than software update.
My app shows no updates available.

I wonder if MBUX 3.3 is the same as software version E333.8-58 that a few of us had installed by a dealer. If anyone gets the MBUX 3.3 OTA update, please post the corresponding software version.
How are the OTA updates rolled out? I'm in FL and have not seen the 3.3 OTA update yet. I'm running 3.2.
I don't know if anyone has figured it out - it seems to be random....although I'm sure there is some kind of order to it behind the scenes. I have not received the update yet either.
FWIW I picked up my new CLA 53 Monday night and by Tuesday morning I had a message that the update was available. Loaded quickly with no ill effects so far.

Could it be because my CLE is the cheapest and lowest in range and is not updated as the most powerful and expensive in the CLE range?
Mine is 220D that in many countries is not sold, that may also be the reason?

You will get the update also. It’s just a question of time. Doesn’t matter what engine you have.

What country are you in? I believe software versions are localized per region (like the navigation maps and MBUX esim). OP mentioned they live in Europe. I live in USA and have not yet received an OTA notice. From prior experience, sometimes my OTA update is delayed by months compared to other forum users. I doubt 3.3 will be available for me until next year.
I would not be surprised if your location does not receive OTA updates at the same frequency or vehicle requires a larger dealer update before other OTA updates can be loaded. I would take to an official service center, ask them to plug it into XENTRY and update MBUX. If they ask for payment and you have a warranty, make up an issue like the screen shutting off randomly or CarPlay disconnecting.

based on your infotainment screen you have version E270 which is equivalent to MBUX 3.2.2.
As the build date for your car is very recent you need to wait for the OTA update. Otherwise you can just go to the dealer and tell him that the touch screen get unresponsive sometimes and he will update it for you.

I'm glad you are considering visiting the dealer, I hope they have good service! In my area (Los Angeles) service centers have a high volume and staff are not really trained in the computer/MBUX components. If I started asking questions about why the screen isn't working or demanding explanations, I'm sure the staff would just try to talk their way out of it. They'd even replace the entire computer with the same version of MBUX shipped from the factory before they think to update it. I'm sure there is some profit-driven motivation behind this as well.
My two cents is to try a more discreet approach... Walk into the dealer and tell them your screen is unresponsive or has other issues. Since you have a warranty, it's their obligation as an official service center to remedy the issue. If they aren't helpful, suggest they connect to XENTRY and update the car.
I still have E270 and 3.2.2 on the app. I still have Apple Music. I'm bringing the car in for it's on year Service A and I'm wondering if I can tell them not to update it to E333 so I can keep Apple Music? I'm thinking I'd rather have Apple Music than screen cleaning mode, trunk lock, wash mode and steering wheel heat button. Not sure what else comes with E333.
It says it will also install new music apps, From what I have read here on the board, if you have E333.8-58 and were on 3.2.2 on the app, it apparently removed Apple Music. So with this 3.3 update saying that it will install new music apps, does that mean that it will install/re-install Apple Music?
No, it won’t install Apple Music, and if you have any digital extras, it can also break your account, and you’ll lose them. I have had a support ticket open for the last month with their technical support team about it.
I highly recommend NOT updating to the latest MBUX if you have Apple Music and the paid extra for the Mercedes Entertainment package. I only wish I had been given the same warning before I allowed it to update.
