Software update for the head-up display control unit

Thanks for that update on the Heads Up Display software. Have not seen that update yet. Have you seen a difference to the update after installing?

I have a 2026 CLE 53 - have not seen the update yet either. I did get a software update a few days ago but I think it said it was for the digital lights.

Updates do not go out to every car at the same time. They stagger them. It's good to know when one person (car) gets one, but it may be many months before everyone gets them and some will never get them depending on the car and software already on the car at time if delivery.

No differences, I just installed the update today.

 

How long did it take?

 

Only took 15 minutes for me. Honestly I think the car was just playing catchup since all of you folks very likely have this update installed a long time ago.

 

I got the update notification yesterday. Haven't installed it yet.

 

Understood, no changes in the functionality of the head up display as far as I am concerned for the Canadian market likely the same throughout North America.

 

Installed this morning.
!. I've never changed any of the head up setting. Factory default still. So I wouldn't know if there was a settings change.
2. I haven't used navigation since I updated, so there could be a change there....maybe? Anyone.
3. Is the proximity awareness slightly different? More delineated border? Something?
I really don't notice any changes.

Drove the vehicle for an hour today and noticed no discernible differences.
