2015 C300 Burmester Audio System - NO SOUND - RADIO WORKS
Hi,
I have no sound coming from radio and sat radio is showing unavailable. Everything else works. I checked a few fuses in truck so far so good. I am still looking for the 5amp fuse that is part of the Burmester Audio System. The 40amp fuse checks good. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

This failure brakes the digital audio loop.

I guess you can try to move your MOST bypass loop around the top suspects.

Please open the hood, and disconnect the negative cable on the battery. Count to 4, then reconnect it back. See if that solves your issue.
Before Doing that:
- Try a head unit reboot (hold down the CD eject button or the rotary power button for about 10 seconds until the screen goes blank and restarts) and/or
- Resetting all settings to factory (option in system men).
