I am on the same boat with AMGfaninVA for the Navy icon. I don't know if maybe they got over whelmed and just started ignoring it or what but you can see he is actively posting every day. Maybe they just decided they wouldn't give the icons to "newbies"

I don't think they are backed up trying to catch up because my first request was a month ago

The fault could certainly be with me as I did find one PM I missed. Please ask the person you talked with to let me know (again?). Let me know if you do not get a reply in the next day or two.
