SL/R129: Summer in England/Scottland/Irland

Summer in England/Scottland/Irland
I´m going to England/Scottland and perhaps Irland during late july and august. Is someone intrested in a meeting and perhaps can show us around the beautiful nature and worth seeing. Maybe a cup of tea? 
We take the ferry from Gothenburg to Newcastle and towards Oban/Inverness and down to Liverpool and Chester.
If not, maye someone will recomend bed&breakfast and "worth seeing" around the route?

looks like a great tour. If the weather is kind to you you will have an incredible drive. If it is not you will need to take care on those wet roads........
Take some warm clothes!! You will need them with the roof down!!
