Hi-
I just locked my (all 3 sets)keys in my trunk while trying to fix a jammed CD player. I have a 99 SL500. The convertible is down and doors unlocked.
Why won't the interior trunk release button work in this instance?

if ur doors are unlocked, why isnt ur trunk unlocked? i have a big button below the trunk to the right of the license plate. BUT if you have that locked seperatly in valet mode, the button wouldnt open it, and niether would your electric release inside ur car.
