Engine Cover
I'm sure you're all familiar with the SL73 and the green/grey CF engine cover it has. I was wondering...is there a product in black CF for the 6.0 Litre?

Ha ha ha ha. "All familiar"? They only made about 50 of those cars, no? I've never seen even seen one of the cars, let alone the engine cover. Anyone here own an SL73?

Of course I've heard of the SL73. But I've never seen one, let alone seen the engine cover. I think I read some place very recently that there were only about 50 or 80 or some small number made. Anybody here have one? Want to post a picture of the engine cover?

Cmon Joe, "know of"..."familiar with", its comparable to "I say tomato, you say tomaato." 
You are correct though, they were made in very limited numbers. Check out the link I sent you, it has a photo of the engine and CF Cover.

Very interesting to see Xenon lights with wipers. Never understood why wipers and washers were deleted in the US for R129s with Xenon, especially since most of the MBs ADD washers when ordering Xenons.... Would love to know MB's thought process on this decision.

Couldn't stand the wipers and had them removed. The picture is not of my car...cannot place any of my own 
since the the pictures I took were too large (the model in pic is actually a 500 from Europe which looks very similar to mine, same color and rims). Do you know how to reduce the size of images, I would really like to post mine up.
