Per crb49's request. Here's my new ride.
Clean (and I don't mean detailed) 99 SL500 - AMG package with xenon
Picked her up yesterday.

More than I had targeted. My search criteria was under 50K and this one is just short of 100K. According to the carfax and autocheck it was driven a solid 12K per year. No accidents and regular maintenance.
I like a car that doesn't sit idle for too long.
Typically a car with this many miles has a lot of defered maint and repairs needed. The only issues with this car is cracked strut bushings and two dime sized dents in the main grill. The lower grill is missing because the last owner didn't know how to change a tire, called a tow and the tow driver ripped it out.
The soft top is in fantastic shape. Yesterday it got a good cleaning and scotchguard treatment. The plastic windows treated with PlasticX. Looks like new.

Just in time for spring "al fresco" driving. I'm not sure you can get any better than the chrome AMG's, either (same on mine). Easy to clean,
