My 2002 Silver Arrow is covered by the CPO (Is that the same as the Starmark?) warranty. As I understand it MBUSA pays the selling dealer around $1500 to either check or repair 130 things on the car so that it qualifies for this warranty..

Does anyone know where I can get an actual list of the specific 130 things that MB requires of the dealer in order for the car to be covered?

Go to MBUSA.com and look under CPO. They have detail explanation of the CPO process and the checklist.

I just bought a CPO SL500, eventhough it was a CPO, there are things that does not pass the checklist (tires is less than 20%, supposed to be at least 50%. The passenger side window does not function properly) but they still certified the car. My car is still in the shop (3 weeks) for them to take care of all the problems before I will take delivery. FYI, they ended up giving me 4 new ZR tires/4 brakes/rotors, and change the window regulators and adjust the car aligment...... total cost more than $4,000. (according their invoices). Other than those, the exterior of the car is in perfect condition, not a scratch or dents.
