My SL
So I looked the SL over this week and thought, hmm, 12 years, 100K and some cracks now appearing in the roll bar, some stone chips on the hood and bumpers and a broken central locking system.
Should I start looking around and maybe say the old bye,bye to my baby.
So we went for drive, just me and her and thought about it. An hour later, I knew why we have been together so long. There is nothing like my SL. The roll bar is gonna be fixed, bumpers, hood and locks. We gonna hang together for the long haul.
It’s summer again in the city and the old Benzo and I will be curzin the hiways and biways top down once more.

There is nothing like driving with the top down on a cold day with the seat heaters on, the vent heaters on, and the heater on. Everyone looks at you like yur nutso, but you could care less! Nothing beats (IMO) a top down ride! With that in mind, the time is coming very near for our family to get another top down car in the family. The SLK just doesn't cut it.

Here Here Stricks. My first taste was a '69 Fiat 124 and I've never looked back. Every man should own at least one convertable in his lifetime.
By the way, KP, congratulations on a great decision.
