Another member posted a positive review about it. From my understanding, it is something that improves throttle response. I wish there was a site on it with more details.

Okay, don't mind the website comment. I googled it and found several links, but the main one didn't work for some reason. Apparently it is a computer module which improves throttle response. A guy on BenzWorld said his ML350 experienced roughly 10% fuel mileage decrease. Also, I found it for sale on eBay, which offers a simple explanation of the product.

After a little googling, came up with following..

Seems a fellow Greek guy named Alexandros Bozatzis is in charge and also offers chiptuning, etc/etc.. Price for 'sprint booster' is 229 euros (abt usd 295).
