SL/R129: Headlight Hummmm & Loose Window Trim

Headlight Hummmm & Loose Window Trim
I did a search for these but could find nothing among past posts...I've got two issues on my '94.
1. Turning on the headlights results in a soft, high-pitched humming noise to come from the passenger side headlight area. No change in headlight functionality, just a rather irritating noise.
2. The chrome trim on the top of the exterior driver's side door (just below the window) is unclipping and flapping in the breeze. I keep trying to press it down into the clips that are on the door, but it just keeps coming loose again. Any tips to fix this?
