It seems that the two front windows of my 97 SL320 are both out of alignment. When fully extended, they even push the hardtop higher. I have searched the forum, and found a video with regard to adjusting the power windows. While the video is very helpful but I am still not too sure how to remove the lower cover of the doors. Could anyone please shed some lights?

Also, I wonder if the adjustment process is a difficult task?
