car vibrating

As I was driving this evening, I stopped for a light and the car started vibrating. The rpm's are only at 5. When I speed up it gets better but is not good. The car shaks. What is wrong?
It is a 95 with 36,400 miles

Sounds like engine knock, when was the last time you had it on the freeway and blew it out?

The trouble you are experincing can be any number of things, a bad coil pack, bad gasoline, the throttle body could be on its way out, or even a bad motor mount. This is not going to be something you can diagnose on a forum, there are many things that could cause the car to idle poorly.

u most likely have the stock spark plugs since you have such low miles. change them out, get OEM BOSCH not the platnum ones.

At 36000 miles it shouldn't be to serious, the proper octane gas 91+ and a good long drive may be whats needed. Or to the mechanic.

An earlier post recommended that this is difficult to diagnose on a forum, and I agree. I will say I had a similar experience that turned out to be a loose vaccuum line...and the car did not throw any codes...good luck!
