We have decided to add an awards ceremony to this meet. Members will be given a number to display in their windshield upon entrance. Voting will start at 12pm and end at 1pm. Members will be given a ballot to cast their vote. The votes will be counted and winners announced around 1:30.

MB Awards
1. BEST ALL AROUND NON-AMG (1999-EARLIER)
2. BEST ALL AROUND NON-AMG (2000-2008)
3. BEST ALL AROUND AMG (2002-EARLIER)
4. BEST ALL AROUND AMG (2003-2008)

BMW Awards
1. BEST IN SHOW

They giving out the awards..... I try to ask them if we could have an award for the 129er SL...... let see.... I will keep you guys updates.....

If you think you will be parking right next to your buddy with the same car chassis think again. We will be doing something different at this meet to get members to hopefully mingle and chat w/ other members with a different model car like the vibe on myMB. Thanks in advance! We appreciate your cooperation

So, I think this is more of a first come first serve type of parking......

BTW if you guys want the extra award..... We would have to sponsor..... Which I think it a little to late to prepare...... Well, next time.....

Thanks to all of the R129 SL owners who came out to support the event. The final tally on money raised for Make-A-Wish was a little over $3,900 not including the donation from TiaJuana's restaurant.
