Finally a Supercharger for 96-98 SL500 with M119 engine
Well it's about time. Berg works has developed a Supercharger for our SL's. Apparently it will be available this summer and will increase the Hp from the stock 315 to 400-450 hp. Dyno sheets will be available in a few months. Cost for this is $10,000 . I plan on getting one as soon as they are available.

OMG 10k??? wow, that's pretty Steep, Do you know of any other ways to add HP, any Chips and stuff, I've done my filters and things but want to see what chip is available for 96-98 SL's... Thanks...

Unfortunatley not too many options for us out their. Exhaust, Rear differential change, Filters is about it. I have not heard any great things about chips. I think the Supercharger is the best bet. Pricey but a lot cheaper then a Renntech engine build.
