This POS gets worse gas mileage than my Toyota Prius Hybrid, and it got stuck in the mud on my way to a favorite fishing hole.

My three kids and all of their gear don't fit in the thing.

Worst of all, I was beaten in a race with a Porsche Turbo.

Next time I will buy a Blown Chevy Suburban with Nitrous.

Please (1) have the intelligence to compare apples/apples,(2) realistic expectations of a two seater convertible and (3) be honest - unless you are trailer park types who have just hit the lottery, you have never been nor probably ever will be behind the wheel of one of these magnificent machines.

Actually, my post was designed to parody the absurdity of complaints that an ML350 didn't handle well or perform well enough.

The rocket scientist then went on to extoll the virtues of the SL 600 as though it made perfect sense to him to compare it to a truck with a V6.

My post was moved to this forum because it appeared to be SL 600 related, when in fact my intention was to once again point out the fact that people's unrealistic expectations lead to much of the bad press regarding the ML.

It is pretty amazing how much you assume in your reply. My racedeck laminate tiled Garage Majal currently houses two magnificent machines from MB, one from BMW, and one from Honda...a minivan. I don't play the lottery, by the way.

By the way, GreenM3, I was thinking about doing a similar parody but you beat me to it. Can't understand how an ML and SL are comparable.

hey m3 i wasn't trying to compare an ml 350 to a SL 600 i just stated my opinion on the truck!!! to me i hated it!! i also own a G 500 if you want me to compare the G class to the ml i will. it was just my opinion that the ml 350 sucked. so instead of having something that i wasn't happy with i got rid of it and got into a SL 600. and now i'm happy, i own 5 MB's now i will never drive another car. i feel that i can judge an MB just as good as the next (if not better) i'm not alone with my thoughts on the ML. THANKS FOR ALL OF YOUR COMMENTS ON THIS TOPIC I'M LAUGHING ALL THE WAY TO THE BANK !!!!!

hey i am truly sorry to all if you don't like my attitude!!! But some of these response are also not the nicest. i simply stated that i bought a new ML 350 and hated it! now all you guys who have one, and most likely waited your whole to get into something like that were offended. And i'm sorry for that. I had so many MB's in my life and many other cars, so I"m not that impressed with cars that much anymore. to me the new 350 is crap but it's just my opinion nothing else. to me it just wasn't a (good fit) but to many others it will (fit) so to everyone that has a new little 350 enjoy it and ride safe. best regards to all V12---------
