SL/R129: R129 New wheels, fitment issues.

R129 New wheels, fitment issues.
Hello I got a R129 1990. With the orig wheels on them. I've seen the charts for tire fitment but dont get them, so here goes:
Will these tires fit?
Front: 245/45/18 ET44 (AMG IV)
Back: 275/40/18 ET44 (AMG IV)
Else I have an option to swap for these:
Front: 245/40/18 ET30 (AMG IV )
Back 265/35/18 ET39 (AMG IV )
Will these then fit? Or do I need spacers, longer bolts or something for each of them? I would prefer if the first set fits as it's a long drive to the shop.

Stock offset is 34, 41 will sit in way too far, plus I've never seen anything more than 245s on these as far as stock sizes go. I do not have an exact number/combo, but if you're going 245, you need to stick to mid-30s offset or less. 41 is for a 124
