Latch pin-catch alignment, at least that corrected a Tonneau cover problem for my 600. I re-learned small measured movement and the art of 3 planes of adjustment!

Seagoon,

have you been able to resolve your problem?

If not, I would have the following questions:
1) Does "it will not click down" mean that nothing moves when you push the red button?
2) Is it correct that the hardtop worked before re-upholstering, and the soft top still works?
3) Can you tell whether any of the four prongs on the hard top have been moved (two in the front and two in the rear)?
4) Is it possible that only the rear prongs have been bent and are not hitting the rear latches for that reason?

hardtop problem

Hi,
Hmmm well the warning chime has stopped and Im too scared to take the top off again to see if the problem reoccurs! Yesterday though the lining on the side of the hartop suddenly popped off, I suspect that the new roof lining is too chunky and pushing onto something somewhere, at this stage I think I'll wait till summer to truly deal with the issue,, its too cold to get the top off now

thanks
