E320 Rims
I just bought Four MB E-320/350 stock wheels with center caps and tires
The size is 16 x 8 with 112mm 5 hole pattern.
When I put a tire on I used the stock bolts for my 300sl and it seemed to fit nice and tight and even, but when I moved the car it had like a scraping sound. Is there anything I can do? I really like these rims, much better than my stock ones haha.

Look at the clearance between the wheel and the strut (shock) and all control arms, sway bars, etc.
Kind of obvious, but I must ask seeing as this is the interwebs.... You have clearance between the brake calipers and the spokes, right?

Ok further inspection revealed that it was the brake caliper in the way. What can I do to get more clearence. Would I need spacers?

yes, spacers would be one of the own ways that i know about anyways. well unless you really wanted to file down your calipers. but i would advise not to do that.

you would have to measure that out. i don't know what the clearances you have or anything. i would measure everything out all possible places where it could rub.

Ok I went to Auto Zone for some spacers and they looked huge! I am going to a tire shop where they sell rims tomorrow to see if I can find some other ones I'll be sure to post some pictures when I do get them on tho

I'm guessing that you only need a 5-10mm spacer. Your wheel does spin, it just scrapes on the caliper as opposed to "seizing" up on it, right?
