Installing used transmission in 99 SL500, good time to install other new parts?

So I'm thinking the used trans will get a new filter, front and rear trans seal, electrical plug, new torque converter.

The question is, what other items should I replace while the trans is out?

Rear main seal on the engine? I'm assuming this is a great time to change it, but the thing is it's not leaking so its a toss up.

Any one know who manufactures the genuine OE torque converters for this vehicle?

Should the valve body get replaced?

Is there an OE trans fluid thats a better price than the dealer item?

Job is such a mess even after draining the pan/converter/lines.

I will post a photo of the dealer invoice of all the parts and part numbers I purchased. Including the 65k mile used trans my DIY total is around 2k not including some tools I had to buy.

From what I hear since I am using a trans 1 year newer I have some SDS coding or adaptation work that needs to be done? Can some one give me some advice on what to look for when I hook up the star computer?
