Issue after installing new cylinders
When putting the top down, everything works perfectly.
But, when putting the top up everything works great, everything locks as it should, but when it comes to the last step where the windows are supposed to go up, they do but only about a half inch and then go back down. If I continue to hold the button, the rear locks will re-lock themselves.
Yes, the windows are dropping when full up and you are opening the door.
The red light stays on.
Too many fault codes?

Do the windows auto-up normally? If you aren't actuating the top I mean?
Try doing the window switch learn. If for some reason it lost the home position for full up it won't auto up them when the top closes.

My windows do not have an auto up feature (I assume you mean hit the switch once and the window goes up by itself).
I did do the switch learn- raise the window and hold the switch for 2 more seconds- but it did no good.
