Hi, I am new to this forum and looking forward to learn a lot about my 1992 500Sl. I just rescenyly got it and have been enjoying getting it road worthy. It has not been started for 3 years but everything mechanically (except convertible soft top) is running fine.
It operates well manually, and I do not find it too much of an inconvenience at this time, as I also have 1971 280sl w113 and I'm used to it.
But the problem is I can not operate windows without top being functional. As I found out power windows are wired through cstmconvertible soft top module.
My question is is there way to bypass the module and make windows operational?
