Check the level of power steering fluid in its reservoir and add as necessary. Next, move steering wheel all the way left and then right several times. Repeat checking the level and moving the wheel as necessary up to several times as necessary to eliminate the noise.

Mine did that, took me six months to figure out that the top nut on strut had come loose. Some are double nutted. Meant to add some medium thread-block to it after tightening but forgot. So thanks for helping me to remember to do it.
