Sl 300 -24 r129
300 Sl 24 1993 soft top problem
Hi!

I went to the mechanic to change the two cylinders of the the soft top. He fixed them. When I left and after 2 days neither my soft top switch nor the roll bar switch are operating. The soft top is not working at all. Any idea?

Check all fuses. If those are good, read diagnostic codes. To retrieve a code short socket #10 of the diagnostic connector to socket #1 for 3 seconds, and then count the flashes of the lamp in the top control switch. Repeat for the next code, and so on.
