Not sure about the $ value, but when I replace, flush and restore ( 4-5 years ) I have belts and hoses replaced. That consumes a few dollars beyond the Antifreeze! The old items get added to the trunk / spare parts zip lock bag.
I have it done because in "brokenOvershoe" Kansas it can be difficult to get the correct replacement product when a roadside event takes place.
But in support it is no big step to replace the chemistry in the radiator.
