Oil volume (assuming you have oil in your engine) and oil pressure are not directly related. Low oil pressure is
a sign that your crank bearings are wearing (usually the main bearings); A worn oil pump may also reveal low
oil pressure and thinner oil will show similar signs.
What are you oil pressure readings and at what revs? Modern engines tend to run lower pressures that in the
"good old days".
