Combo Stats - Ownership & Miles
Since it it is hard to believe - how long we have owned our car and how much fun we have had ... here goes. This could be fun ... to report;
Car model and year - ours 1999 SL 500
Owner age - me 62.5 years old
Car owned for - in our case 16.3 years
Current mileage - 151,000 miles
Miles driven since purchase - 130,000 miles
Average mile per year of ownership = 7,956 miles / year
This will be fun to report & observe ... or will disappear into the history of old threads.
In our case the car sat basically unused for about 5 years in early retirement ... but went on long wonderful road trips. Vancouver to Key West being the longest one.
Still drives like a new car.
