Is there another name for the color Mushroom? Also MB-Tex question

My C280 had MB-Tex seas and they wore super and looked fantastic when I got rid of it 10 years after buying it.
Did Mercedes put MB-Tex into the SL320/R129 models that you know of ???

Also, is there another name for the color Mushroom that I have been told is the color of my interiors. Right now I have a 95 and a 96 and both have that color, so I am assuming it was popular. I just am not seeing Mushroom offered by any of the aftermarket seat cover makers.

Thanks in advance for your input!

champignon is the French for Mushroom and that appears on all of my MB paperwork as my original color.

The database I've collected on line and update for myself agrees with LegalBeast, I'll attach it here, it can be useful from time to time.

I'm not an expert of interior options, but just a guess, I don't "think" MB offered MB Tex in USA SL's after the 107's manufacturing ended in 89.

MB-Tex was still offered in 124's in the 90's, but not 129's to my knowledge.

My wife's (now sold), 85 380SL had dark blue MB-Tex, and I was amazed how new it looked after all those years. It does seem to age much better than leather.

But, MB-Tex fabric is available, I'm sure you can have your seats done over with it if you wanted too.

Question;

What is the equivalent of Saffron Nappa? Many suppliers don't have it, they sometimes refer to it as Tan, or cream beige which is lighter.

My closest guess from web images I just saw would be Palomino.
