I am helping a friend with his Benz!

Have a friend who is having an issue tracking down the reason why his 1994 SL600 is suddenly running too hot! Changed the radiator, thermostat and the fan clutch! It is so costly to continue to guess as to why he is having this issue now! He doesn't live in the same state as I do!
Any suggestions would be most appreciated!

Welcome! There is an SL-specific forum, and also V12 forums to post in. You can also search these sections to find information on your friend's situation.

You didn't specify how you know the engine is running hot. If you are relying upon the temperature gauge in the instrument cluster, then the gauge or the temperature sensor could be in error.

There exists a coolant temperature sensor for the climate control. I'd run diagnostics as explained here to see what temperature it is reporting.

Before I went any further I'd check for a failing engine harness, see if the insulation is brittle and crumbling at the plastic connectors. If so all the parts you throw at it will be a waste of a lot of money.
