SL/R129: Spark Plugs - Switching from Platinum to Double Platinum?
I just fixed my valve cover gasket leak and figured it's also time to swap out the spark plugs and wires. As I expected, I noticed oil had seeped down from the valve cover into the spark plugs. No biggie - these should be changed anyways.
However, I noticed the spark plugs were the Bosch OEM Platinum plugs - I'm assuming these were the original plugs from the factory and have never been changed! Anything to take into consideration on the M113 R129 engines?
