SL/R129: 1990 500sl no power to wing mirror

1990 500sl no power to wing mirror
just purchased my first 129
wing mirror do not operate
seat and other stuff is ok
the car is missing the rear view mirror head light
i tested the bk/gr wire on plug, it is only 4V
when toggling the switch to set directions, i hear click on passenger side
any idea?

The Electrical Troubleshooting Manual (ETM) which includes wiring diagrams, diagnostic info is a free download here: R129 ETM 64. Zoom in/out of a diagram with the page up/page down keys and pan around with the mouse.
