Well you won’t find anymore of these that’s for sure. No affiliation at all but was scrolling BAT and almost fell off my seat when I saw this! Somebody will get themselves one hell of a SL

Good relatively modern data point for collectibility/appreciation of this model, and others like it. Current bid is 30% lower than the window sticker price 18 years ago.
What other 20 year old cars are selling at MSRP? In real terms, "holding value" would require some amount of price appreciation to account for inflation.
The silver arrow example above would need to sell near $200k today for it to have "held value" assuming 2% inflation over 18 years.
