Power headrest funky sound, not working
Hello guys
today i finished replacing my glove box, nice lookin' n' workin'
had some problems such as the dumb guy that repaired the ac... wayyyyyyyy dumb, just pulled the ac vents, at the bottom you have a bezel, pop it out, and you have 2 screws, but he just poped and ripped the tabs
i have seen now that the hearest drv side is sounding bad, not working
how to replace that? theres a cover that's wrapped on leather as the seat but still i not poped it
i will research it

The headrest mechanism is in the side part of the backrest that incorporates the upper part of the seat belt retainer.
A good chunk of the seat has to be disassembled in order to access the headrest gears.
Do a search on R129 seat disassembly or repair to get an idea of what is involved. The 10-way adjustable (and possibly heated + contour) R129 seat has an enormous amount of technology embedded. It is a bit more than a simple backrest and seat bottom, If you do take it apart, it is a wonder to behold and earned a separate patent when the car was created.
