How do I disconnect heated seat wiring from seat cushions

Hello. I'm trying to fix the headrest adjusters in my car and am running into an issue removing the seat cushion. I searched this and other sites as well as YouTube. All examples I've found on the internet are for seats that have no seat heaters or they just gloss over it "don't forget to disconnect the seat heater".. Even the WIS/ASRA document entitled "0055 - Removal and installation of front seat and backrest cushions Model 129" doesn't have instructions for disconnecting the seat heater cable when removing the cushion. On my car, the cable goes into a large rubber grommet on the back edge of the seat bottom. How do I actually detach it from there? I don't want to just yank it out. Has anyone here done this before and can provide instructions?

Thanks

Follow the grey seat heater lines that are attached to the respective parts (backrest and bottom) to their connectors and disconnect them?

One connector for the seat bottom and one connector for the backrest per seat.
