Overhead windshield interior trim

Hey guys
I have a question
the overhead trim on each side of the dome light, how do they attached?
mine are a little sagging and I was wondering before I get to touch anything, cause $$$, how do they attached ?
do they clip ? are they glue ?
I am putting some pics
if anyone could give me some indication how how do they attached ..

took this pic from the front, it does look like it is either broken or coming loose or missing some clips ?

Hi, xxx
There is a mushroom bracket glued to the cover. If a clueless person pulls the cover just down instead of towards back, the mushroom will be destroyed.
Since this part is not sold separately, you have to create a replacement mushroom bracket or alternative solution (magnetic, Velcro) by yourself.
Cheers, Frank

Seeing as yours is already loose, there is no harm in GENTLY removing the header under panels.

Study the removal information so you know where the attachments are located and the procedure for detaching them. Some folks just yank down.

Correctly installing (and uninstalling without damaging anything) requires knowledge and PATIENCE. You may luck out and find that someone wasn't patient enough to engage the attachment tabs and it just needs to be reassembled correctly. Hopefully, it wasn't disassembled harshly and subsequently damaged.

You won't know until you look.

Take extreme care with the overhead console, as they are quite fragile at this age and can be expensive to replace.

… the overhead panel and the a-pillar trim needs to be removed first…
