2004 sl
will bad speed senson make car go into limp mode
I have a 1991 500sl and it went into limp mode, the mechanic says it is the speed sensor. anyone else hear of this

2000 sl 500
My 2000 sl 500 had same issue. Only 2nd and reverse. Changing out conductor plate which has both speed sensors fixed the problem.
