Lower arm replacement

Hello,
I am in the process of replacing my Left hand lower arm and ball joing. Two reasons. 1st is noisy ball joint and second is issues with alignment.
I found the rear eccentric bolt frozen in the bushing, hence the alignment issues. I ended up having to cut the bold each side of the bushing.
My question is, when re assembling, do I use grease, tef gel, nickel plate or similar on the bolt or do they have to go in dry? I kind of think the mechanical locking of the nut should be enough to stop the chance of spinning but would welcome thoughts of the recommended method.
Many thanks,

Reassemble dry, but with with everything cleaned.

Also, this is one of the replacements where you do it in pairs. So, just like tie rod ends or brake pads, you do both A-arms.
