Good morning everyone, Yesterday I put the top down and came across a massive empty parking lot so I had to do a quick donut before I put on my new pilot sports. Mid donut the roll bar popped up and I wasn’t able to put it all the way down (about 90% down). Then I tried putting the top back up and no results, the red button was blinking. It just makes some little sounds but nothing else. Any ideas??
Have you tried resetting the car by removing the negative battery cable, turning the key to start (to discharge the system) and reinstalling the cable?
Before you try the battery reset, you will need the radio code and be ready to perform the steering wheel reset as well as the windows.
Read up on the above subjects and try the reset before going to the dealership.

that helped a little bit as how it at least makes noise and the roll bar moves a little bit. Still won’t go up all the way so I can reset the roll bar
Looks like you are headed to the dealership to reset the rollbar.
Talk to them first to make sure they have the expertise and equipment to perform the reset.
If the dealership doesn't know what you are talking about, then it would be time to start looking for an independent MB tech that used to work on the cars.
